  Only a few house music artist, producers, or DJs can claim to have sold 3 million units of theirmusic and counting. Two and a half million with "Break 4 Love" alone. His original version of “Break 4 Love” as part of the group Raze is featured in the video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas which has soldover 50 Million copies. 

Thompson has been productive recently with no. 1 chart success with "Truly", "Beirut Is On Fire" & "Show Them Love" (Lebanon), "Living On The Frontline", "Africa In Your Veins", and "Borders Don't Matter".  Along with an acting debut in the 2010 film, CARLOS, winner of the Cannes Film Festival Award by Oliver Assayaz, staring Edgar Rammeriz.

With his record labels, Waking Monster, Monster Bang, and Thompsonic, he has launched or advanced the careers of many dj/producers and such as Black Coffee (South Africa), Phil Hooton (UK), and David Vendetta (France) with the remake of "Break 4 Love". Keith lectures and shares his decades of industry knowledge on panels at music conferences internationally, including the WMC in Miami, SEEME in Bulgaria, SAE (School of Audio Engineering) in England.

Thompson was the lead vocalist on the now classic, "Break 4 Love" by Raze in 1988, which is featured in the Grand Theft Auto (San Andreas) video game. The international hit lead him to be signed by Capitol records in 1989 where he released the innovative "Can't Take It", coining the phrase "Ragga House" which lead the way for further experiments in house.

After leaving EMI records, in 1992 he established his own label, Level 10 which released the underground classic, "The Rhythm Of Life". Originally produced by Tuta Aquino with additional remix/production by Tony Humphries including production assistance and contributions by luminaries such as Todd Terry, Louie Vega & Kenny Dope ( before their Masters At Work fame), India, and Connie Harvey. The song has been released 10 years later by Underground Solution with remixes by UBP and Johnick, and is a hit once again. "Break 4 Love" has also been getting remix treatment almost every two years on Champion Records (UK). 2005 the Funkrockers remix was released. Check for more info.

Thompson began in the industry as a radio announcer and DJ on college radio then professionally at WNWK 105.9FM in New York, earlier in his career (1983 - 87) where his music and voice could be heard on commercials for MCI and Concerts At The Pier (NYC). For 5 years (1989-93) he was the co-producer of the New York Reggae Awards with Clinton Lindsey. An early pioneer in house music, he later went on to produce music with other legends of the business such as Vaughn Mason, Marshall Jefferson, Todd Terry, Tony Humphries, Masters At Work, Scott Wozniak, Joe T. Vanelli, Lenny Fontana, Eric Kupper, and Mathias Heilbron. Thompson has performed in all the major clubs in NYC from the Palladium, the Sound Factory, Studio 54, the Apollo Theater, Limelight, Sound Factory Bar, and the Underground, He has toured Japan twice, regularly performs in England, Germany, Italy, and appearances in Ibiza. Recently, he has gigged inSeoul, Moscow, Slovenia, Colombia, Bulgaria, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Beirut, Tunisia, Abu Dhabi, and the UK.
